Very centrally located (close to Le Marais), charming fully furnished studio. Many restaurants, cafes, shops and dry cleaning/laundromats. Farmers market on Tuesdays and Fridays 2 short blocks away on Richard Lenoir (the Canal Saint Martin). Near transportation – bus 96 right in front (goes to Odeon, St. Sulpice, etc.) 2-3 min.s to Mo. Republique, Oberkampf, Parmentier or Couronne. The studio has apparent beams, an equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave & convection oven), all utensils, iron, electric kettle, etc., full bathroom with bathtub, good closet space, quiet, bright, first floor in clean building with digicode and interphone entrance. Common charges, electricity, heating, cable TV/ unlimited internet – WiFi / phone long distance included but not to cell phones. Can sleep two.
